Biography
Monica Hiris is an actor, voiceover artist and writer located in Northwest Ohio. In her fifties she discovered a love for theatre and acting and was soon regularly cast in local plays as well as community and professional theatre in Michigan. Branching out into film, she has been cast in independent films and as a regular in a web series. Her writing includes work as part of the writing team for season 3 of the webseries Chairgang, an award-winning column, a short play, articles and children's books.
Monica has completed two training programs, including an advanced certificate in acting at the Michigan Actors Studio in Metro Detroit. She is represented by the iGroup Talent Agency in Metro Detroit.
